Twice a month, I proudly serve as a Volunteer Firefighter, dedicating my time and effort to support my community with pride, purpose, and honor.
I believe in leading by example, inspiring those around me through action and a commitment to positivity and growth.
My name is Hugo Garicia, and I’ve been a Personal Fitness Coach since 2010.
Fitness has always been a cornerstone of my life, driving me to pursue the best version of myself—physically and mentally. Growing up, I immersed myself in a wide range of sports and disciplines, including football, basketball, baseball, track and field, skateboarding, snowboarding, boxing, and karate.
While in college studying Criminal Justice with aspirations of becoming a Police Officer, I discovered my true passion—helping others achieve their goals. I worked full-time as a Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness, and by 2013, I turned that passion into my own coaching business, originally branded as Hugo G Fit and now known as Train 2 Serve.
Over the past 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of clients, helping them transform physically and mentally. These transformations often go beyond fitness, improving every aspect of their lives.
